Evgueni was born in Belarus and naturalized as a Brazilian citizen. At eight years old, he began his piano musical studies at the State School of Minsk, in his home country. At fourteen, he entered the State College of Music in Minsk, where he began to devote himself to Horn studies. Between 1991 and 1996, he studied at the State Academy of Music in Minsk and by that time he became a member of the Symphonic Orchestra of the National Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre in the same city.
As a guest musician, Evgueni has performed with the National Philharmonic of Belarus, the National Orchestra of Radio and TV, the National Chamber Orchestra and the Klassik-Avangard Orchestra. Between 1993 and 1997, he toured extensively in Europe and participated in the Rugen Oper and Shlezvig-Holstain festivals in Germany and in the Yehudi Menuhin in Switzerland. Before joining Minas Gerais Philharmonic, Evgueni lived in Manaus, where he has been a member of Amazonas Philharmonic Orchestra for eleven years and participated in the 1996-2007 editions of Amazonas Opera Festival.
